However, here at the Great Auto Paint, we ensure and guarantee all of our work, from replacement parts to the paintwork. More over, it is the right of the consumer to take their vehicle where ever they feel most comfortable. According to the AUTO BODY REPAIR CONSUMER BILL OF RIGHTS, it states " A CONSUMER IS ENTITLED TO: 1. SELECT THE AUTO BODY REPAIR SHOP TO REPAIR AUTO BODY DAMAGE COVERED BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY. AN INSURANCE COMPANY SHALL NOT REQUIRE THE REPAIRS TO BE DONE AT A SPECIFIC AUTO BODY REPAIR SHOP".
