What do I do after an accident?

If your car is drivable after an accident, you may contact us via phone or email to get your repair started right away with a preliminary estimate. If you fear something mechanical may have broken, contact us immediately for towing arrangement to our shop or store in a safe parking spot.

Can I bring my car here even though my Insurance recommended another shop?

Most definitely. According to the Auto Body Repair consumer Bill of Rights, a consumer has the right and authority to chose their preferred repair facility. If you are uncomfortable with the insurance company's referred shop and their reputation, do not hesitate to bring it here.

What are the next steps after I file a claim with my Insurance?

We take it from here. Upon leaving your vehicle in our shop, we work directly with your insurance company to produce an estimation and an efficient repair process.

Do I need to inform my insurance company before bringing it in?

No. You are free to schedule an appraisal at our repair facility prior to any consent from an insurance company.

Repair times vary by the severity of a collision. On average, most repairs take about a few days to a week. Those that are more severe take about 2-3 weeks or more.
